A federal court may charge P. Diddy with murder in the killing of rapper Tupac Shakur if prosecutors secure a guilty verdict against witness Dwayne “Caffey Dee” Davis.
Davis testified that P. Diddy orchestrated Shakur’s death and allegedly offered a reward for both Shakur’s murder and that of Death Row Records founder Suga Knight. The testimony includes an audio recording made by police in 2008, which Davis used as evidence of his role in the crime. Prosecutors state that a conviction of Davis would pave the way for federal charges against P. Diddy.
