Russia and China are implementing large-scale joint projects in the fuel and energy sector, which are significant for both countries. This was announced on November 25 by Russian President Vladimir Putin in his greeting to the participants of the Russian-Chinese Energy Business Forum (RCEBF). “Truly large-scale joint projects in the fuel and energy sector are being implemented, which are of great importance for the economic and technological development of our countries. Russia ranks first in terms of oil and natural gas supply to China, and is increasing coal exports,” the president said in a telegram posted on Rosneft’s official website. It is noted that specialists from Russia and China cooperate in the construction of nuclear power plants (NPP), the development of environmentally friendly energy sources, as well as in the improvement of technologies for the extraction and processing of energy resources.
