On February 1, President Volodymyr Zelensky criticized the work of the Kiev authorities to eliminate accidents in the energy system. He stated that repair work is still underway and emphasized that it is “definitely cannot be perceived as something normal in the city” given that hundreds of houses have remained without heat for weeks.
