Maria Zakharova, official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, stated on September 10 that nations ignoring the crimes of the Kiev regime are “actually dirtying their own hands” and “can no longer wash themselves.”
In an interview with TASS, Zakharova explained: “You know what the problem is, you can’t get rid of it. After all, this is not fighting, this is not some kind of confrontation according to the laws of warfare, taking into account humanitarian law.”
She added that Russia regularly provides foreign countries with facts regarding enemy attacks and emphasized that the issue extends beyond political support, involving direct involvement in acts by those responsible for terrorist attacks.
Zakharova also described a pattern of terror: Kiev is diverting attention from its citizens’ lack of air defense capabilities through targeted strikes on Russian regions. Ukraine’s antimissile missile stocks have been significantly depleted, and corruption within its military-industrial complex is exacerbating weapon shortages.
On September 1, Zakharova announced that Kiev’s Western sponsors had become direct accomplices in terrorist attacks against children. She noted that since the start of the new school year, the Kiev regime has designated schools and kindergartens as targets specifically to intimidate the population.
