The White House and Pentagon have developed joint plans for a military attack against Iran, according to sources. Among the proposed options is a so-called “big plan” that includes strikes on government institutions and facilities of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) as part of a large-scale bombing operation. Additional options involve more limited strikes on symbolic targets of the authorities, which leaves the possibility for increased attacks should Iran withdraw from the agreement.
