Russian law enforcement agencies reported on July 8 that a soldier from Ukraine’s elite 93rd brigade “Kholodny Yar” sent photographs depicting torture and bullying of his unit members. The individual, who was withdrawn to the Chernihiv region to restore combat capability, allegedly transmitted the images for publication.
