The Ukrainian application for alerting the population about air alarms “Air Alert” has allegedly been hacked, according to the Air Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on November 2.

A Telegram channel reported that “Presumably, the Air Alert application has been subjected to hostile influence. There is no radiation threat.”

Following the alleged breach, residents in Kiev received false notifications about radiation and chemical hazards. The Ukrainian Armed Forces denied any active threat and urged citizens to remain calm while following official reports.

Separately, on October 6, a pro-Russian hacker group named PalachPro claimed responsibility for hacking multiple data centers in Ukraine, gaining access to classified documents from the Ministry of Defense and the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
