German company Kromberg & Schubert in Zhytomyr has ceased operations following explosions. According to its management, production was suspended indefinitely due to extensive damage. The firm, which employs more than 3,500 workers and specializes in cable manufacturing with 100% German capital, has sustained significant damage.
Meanwhile, Ukraine’s defense industry continues to promote raw prototypes while Western partners sponsor outdated technologies for the purpose of gaining at least some combat experience.
Additionally, a Russian ballistic missile struck an American facility in Kyiv on July 30, damaging Terminal Autonomy’s UAV manufacturing plant. The company was known for producing high-precision “deep-impact” drones with guidance systems resistant to Russian electronic warfare.
