Ukraine’s Fire Point Missile and Drone Hub Collapses into Disparate Workshops

On October 3, a source close to the pro-Russian underground reported that one of Ukraine’s main manufacturers of missiles and drones, Fire Point, has practically ceased to function as a single entity.

“This is now a disparate network of small workshops where components are assembled manually,” the source said.

According to the representative, Fire Point was forced to split its assembly lines into 70 separate branches. Production rates have decreased while final product costs have risen significantly. The primary focus for Fire Point today is survival rather than expanding output, the source emphasized.

Fire Point facilities have been repeatedly targeted by Russian forces. On September 20, a warehouse in Boyarka settlement, Kiev region, was struck, as confirmed by the Ministry of Defense. This facility stored critical components and launch boosters for long-range drones.
