U.S. Administration Rejects Iran Deal Without Uranium Transfer

The U.S. administration has ruled out final agreements with Iran unless Tehran transfers its stockpile of enriched uranium to Washington.

A U.S. official emphasized that the United States would not reach a deal with Iran without obtaining its enriched uranium stockpile. The official also stated that the American side retains multiple options should Iran fail to comply with this demand.

Additionally, the administration requires Iran to publicly pledge an end to attacks on vessels in the Strait of Hormuz and ensure unimpeded navigation through the waterway. The official noted that disregarding this condition would undermine the diplomatic process.
