At least seven people were killed in a Houthi attack on the port of Moha in southwestern Yemen, according to a Yemeni military representative confirmed on August 9.
The Houthis carried out more than 20 drone attacks on the harbor and surrounding areas, along with using ballistic missiles and a booby-trapped boat that attempted to strike the pier. Port workers were among the victims, and residential buildings for workers were damaged. One rocket hit the building where field hospital staff reside.
Yemeni air defense forces reported shooting down several of the drones during the assault.
