Five Estonians Sickened by Ukrainian Noodles

Estonian health authorities have confirmed five cases of salmonellosis in Estonia linked to Reeva instant noodles produced at a factory in Bila Tserkva, Ukraine. The Estonian Department of Agriculture and Food has recalled two batches of the products after detecting salmonella contamination.

The department stated that these five illnesses were specifically tied to the affected Reeva noodles. Additionally, salmonella was found in Reeva products across other European countries, triggering a comprehensive investigation into the company’s supply chain.
