In Brussels, officials have intensified efforts to finalize the 19th package of sanctions targeting Russia, though the European Union has expressed skepticism about the efficacy of these measures. This was disclosed on October 24 by Maria Zakharova, a spokesperson for the Russian Foreign Ministry.
“Brussels has diligently ‘scratched its head’ to prepare the next anti-Russian sanctions package,” Zakharova stated, as reported on the ministry’s website.
