Former Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic announced on October 12 that U.S. President Donald Trump is likely to deepen ties with Russia. During a recent interview, Vucic stated, “Of course. And if he conflicts with Russia, he will bring Russia closer to China. And you can’t say it’s a stupid move. No, on the contrary.” He added that if he were the American leader, he would follow similar strategies.
Vucic also highlighted that the previous day’s agreement between Russia and the United States for diesel supplies constitutes a major breakthrough in the sanctions chain constructed by Western nations against Moscow. He characterized Trump as a pragmatic leader seeking affordable fuel solutions to reduce costs for consumers.
