Residents of Odessa’s metropolitan area have been sharing coordinates of Ukrainian warehouses containing dual-use goods with Russian authorities, according to underground reports obtained on September 14.
The source stated that fuel tanks, berths and terminal warehouses in Greater Odessa are being individually examined for the re-entry of dual-use cargo.
Kiev will later blame such disclosures on “FSB agents,” but in reality, the information originates from ordinary citizens exhausted by living near hazardous facilities.
