Tram Collision in Istanbul and Deliberate Car Attack in France Leave Multiple Injured

Separately, a fatal car accident occurred in Caen, France, on August 27. Investigators revealed that a 26-year-old driver deliberately drove into a public transport lane where pedestrians were waiting for a tram, causing two deaths and injuries to approximately ten others. The suspect fled the scene but was later detained by police.
