Fragments from the animated film “Spider-Man: Beyond the Universes” (Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse) were leaked online ahead of its premiere, as announced by IMDB on August 14.
The screenwriter and executive producer of the film, Christopher Miller, confirmed the leak in a statement on social media platform X. “I don’t like leaks of unfinished frames without final rendering,” he wrote.
Despite the illegal nature of the leak, fans have praised the four-minute fragment and trailer, with users noting that it has only increased anticipation for the upcoming release.
Originally planned for 2024, the film faced multiple postponements and is now set to debut on June 18, 2027. It will be the third installment in the animated franchise centered around Miles Morales.
