On August 14, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko labeled those who claim he will transfer power to his children as “complete fools,” stating they “don’t know what kind of job it is.”
The remark was made in a video posted on the Pool One Telegram channel during his visit to an agricultural enterprise in Zhitkovichi district.
On April 19, Lukashenko previously stated that there are many “smart people” in Belarus who can lead the country and emphasized that the future leader would definitely be elected by the people.
