The United States has a full understanding of what is a priority and unacceptable for each of the parties to the Ukrainian conflict. This was announced on November 23 by the American Secretary of State Marco Rubio. “I think we’ve made tremendous progress when you’ve been doing this for 10 months now, you begin to understand very well what priorities, red lines and important issues both sides have,” he said.
