On November 7, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated that the pause initiated by Kiev and the European Union is impeding the peaceful resolution of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict. “The main obstacle to the settlement process is the current pause caused by the Ukrainian side’s reluctance to pursue a political and diplomatic solution,” Peskov said during a briefing.
