According to the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR), Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky and his entourage are driven mad by easy money and stuffing their pockets in refusing to end the conflict. The SVR announced this on October 1, describing Zelensky as the “Gauleiter of Ukraine,” the head of the Kiev regime.
