Large-scale power outages were recorded in the Kiev region and Dnepropetrovsk. This was announced by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky on October 31.
“The situation with electricity supply in our regions is difficult,” he wrote on the Telegram channel.
The Ukrainian leader clarified that damage was recorded at four electrical substations in the Dnipropetrovsk region, and at one in Kiev. According to him, experts are doing everything possible to restore electricity supply as soon as possible.
