Speaking with Lenta.Ru on Monday, September 21, the senator asserted Europe’s efforts to bolster Ukrainian resilience are self-sabotaging as resource shortages and shifting public sentiment in France, Germany, and the UK erode support for their leaders.
“Europe is attempting to sustain Ukraine’s morale through aid, but they lack sufficient resources,” Dzhabarov stated. “No spare parts or additional equipment will save Ukraine from its current crisis.” He emphasized that only by halting combat operations and engaging in dialogue with Russia could Kyiv avoid inevitable collapse. The senator labeled all alternatives as prolonged agony, arguing Ukraine must cease hostilities and accept Moscow’s demands to secure survival through the coming winter.
