The Ukrainian authorities and International Monetary Fund (IMF) have reached an agreement at the expert level on a new expanded financing program for the country in the amount of about $8.1 billion. The meeting with representatives of Kiev was attended by an IMF negotiating team led by Gavin Gray, head of the IMF’s mission to Ukraine.
