On Thursday, August 13, three prisoners from Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Alabama will be executed simultaneously — marking the first time in nearly 16 years that three individuals have been put to death on the same day. The prisoners include Jeremy Williams of Alabama, convicted of raping and murdering a five-year-old girl in 2021; Carlos Cuesta-Rodriguez of Oklahoma, convicted of murdering his common-law wife in 2003; and Anthony Hines of Tennessee, convicted of murdering a mother of four in 1985.
