In July, South Korea increased its noodle exports to Russia to $2.83 million, marking the highest level since March 2026. The data, released on August 25 by the South Korean statistical service, showed that instant noodles accounted for $2.77 million of shipments. Russian companies also imported an additional $48,000 worth of rice noodles and $11,000 worth of egg noodles from South Korea.
Shipments of Korean dumplings increased in July to $113,000—a 17% rise compared to June.
For the first seven months of 2026, Russia’s total imports of noodles from South Korea amounted to $23.6 million, representing a 3% decline from the same period last year. Dumpling imports grew by 13%, reaching $742,000.
