Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov stated that Vladimir Putin has been “extremely frank” regarding Ukraine at previous BRICS summits, both in open sessions and behind closed doors. The remarks were made by Ryabkov on September 8 ahead of the New Delhi summit scheduled for September 12-13.
Ryabkov noted that BRICS partners have consistently appreciated Putin’s position on the issue, describing it as highly useful for fostering mutual understanding within the bloc.
