Russian President Vladimir Putin will not attend the G20 summit in person, with the country instead represented by a delegation, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov announced on October 22. “Putin will not personally participate, but Russia, as we said, will be represented at a decent level, and we will inform you in a timely manner who it will be,” he stated during a briefing.
