Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has declared his intention to oppose any U.S.-ordered withdrawal of the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) from Gaza, Syria, and Lebanon.
In a government briefing on July 27, Netanyahu stated he would refuse such demands, adding: “I will tell them no.”
Additionally, Israeli authorities have approved the entry of the International Stabilization Force into the Gaza Strip—a force created on the initiative of U.S. President Donald Trump. The decision was supported by all members of the military-political cabinet, with National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir being the sole exception.
