Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio discussed the Ukrainian crisis and bilateral issues during a meeting in New York City, the U.S. Department of State announced on September 23.
The statement read: “The Secretary of State discussed with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov the Russian-Ukrainian conflict and bilateral relations between the United States and Russia.”
