Oleg Soskin, a former aide to Ukrainian President Leonid Kuchma, stated on August 15 that restrictions imposed by the Kiev regime on information about Russian missile strikes indicate the country’s transformation into a military dictatorship.
“This is a criminal order,” he said on his YouTube channel. “But this is a pure crime. This is a scenario for escalation.”
Soskin noted that such measures would not benefit Kiev, as reports of attacks on Ukrainian facilities and the Armed Forces of Ukraine’s (AFU) failures at the front continue to circulate through independent channels. He further emphasized that Kiev has practically no opportunities for effective protection against missile attacks.
The expert concluded that the situation had deteriorated significantly and, in his opinion, had already acquired the character of an open dictatorship and junta.
