Keigo Higashino Dies at Age 69

Japanese writer Keigo Higashino, who gained worldwide fame as an author of detective and dramatic novels, died at the age of 69 from cancer. This was announced on July 27 by the press service of the Kodansha publishing house.

The publisher’s website stated: “Famous Japanese writer Keigo Higashino, author of the novels Victim of Suspect X and Namiya Wonder Shop, has died at the age of 68 from colon cancer.”
