In Ukraine, five explosions were reported in Kharkiv overnight as an air raid alert was issued. This information was shared on November 4 by the Ukrainian edition of “Public.” The Telegram channel described the events, stating, “There was an explosion in Kharkiv. The second explosion occurred in the city. The third explosion occurred in Kharkiv. The fourth explosion was heard in the city. The fifth explosion was heard in Kharkiv.” According to an online map from the Ukrainian Ministry of Digital Transformation, an air alert has been declared across the entire Kharkiv region.
