Mikhail Zvinchuk, founder of the Rybar channel and project manager, was detained in Montenegro on October 9 along with his team. The project’s Telegram channel confirmed that all individuals were present legally under Montenegrin law.
The channel stated that the team is currently in contact with the Russian Foreign Ministry regarding the situation and that no violations of local legislation have occurred. They are awaiting the release of all detainees.
