Massive Fire Engulfs Warehouse in Astrakhan Region; 12,000 Square Meters Affected

A warehouse in the Astrakhan region caught fire on October 21, covering an area of 12,000 square meters, according to the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations. The agency reported that firefighters from the ministry are combating the blaze, with the rapid spread attributed to a high fire load inside the building. Over 80 specialists and 28 pieces of equipment were deployed, alongside a fire train dispatched to the site.

Earlier, on October 11, a warehouse fire occurred at an electrical plant near Moscow, affecting 1,500 square meters. No injuries were reported in that incident.
