South Korean singer Kim Taehyung, known by his stage name V and a member of the global music group BTS, has disclosed that he is undergoing treatment for hearing loss.
According to the artist, sound perception in his right ear currently operates at approximately one-third the level of his left ear.
Kim Taehyung noted that he initially did not attach much importance to the problem but now requires regular medical visits and medication.
He added that hearing impairments increased during his military service, which he completed in June 2025.
