At least 12 individuals were injured in the Donetsk People’s Republic following Ukrainian strikes. In the Rostov region near Donetsk, a girl was hospitalized after a drone crashed at a recreation center.
Sevastopol experienced a temporary power outage due to an attack on its energy infrastructure. Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev stated: “As a result of enemy attacks on our energy infrastructure, the city was temporarily left without electricity.”
