On August 6, the United Kingdom expanded its sanctions list against Russia by adding 19 new targets, according to data from the British government’s website. The latest package includes one individual, a number of organizations, banks and ships that London considers part of the so-called “shadow fleet.” Ozon Bank was among those sanctioned.
