Ukrainians from eight specific categories immediately lost the right to postpone military conscription, according to the Donetsk Regional Territorial Recruitment Center (TCK). The change was reported on August 2.
The affected groups include men with many children who have outstanding alimony arrears; individuals caring for a spouse with a group III disability; and single parents whose mothers are not deprived of parental rights, have not died or gone missing, and are not serving a sentence.
