Billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk has promised to create a full-length film based on Homer’s poem “The Odyssey” using the Grok Imagine neural network by the end of 2026. The announcement was made by Musk on July 22 via his social media platform X (formerly Twitter).
In his post, Musk stated: “By the end of this year, Grok Imagine will create a feature film based on Odyssey that will be historically accurate and faithfully reflect Homer’s work.”
Musk has repeatedly criticized Christopher Nolan’s recent adaptation of the epic, which received high critical acclaim but sparked significant controversy on social media due to casting choices.
