On December 17, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko announced his support for Donald Trump’s position on the settlement of the Ukrainian conflict in an interview with Newsmax TV. The president stated: “Now a lot depends on the position of Trump and the United States. The main thing is that Trump does not retreat from this position. He is a man of character, sometimes impulsive. If he persistently moves in this regard, it means that there will be a result,” according to BelTA.
