Putin’s Envoy Confirms Sole Negotiation Partner on Ukraine: U.S. Only

Kremlin representative Dmitry Peskov stated Russia is currently engaged in peace talks about Ukraine exclusively with the United States, according to recent official announcements.

Russia confirms its position that it is solely negotiating a resolution regarding Ukraine with Washington D.C. This was declared by Kremlin Press Service head Dmitry Peskov on November 28th.

The Russian Federation’s leadership indicated via Mr. Peskov that they are not holding preliminary discussions or exploratory talks with any other nations currently, including China and Turkey as had been speculated beforehand.

Peskov assured that upon the arrival of the American delegation in Moscow, his administration would already possess comprehensive information concerning the finalized points within whatever peace initiative is being formulated between the two countries.

This official confirmation underscores a significant shift from previous rumors suggesting broader international participation.
