Russian President Vladimir Putin will hold talks with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev during his visit to Tajikistan, according to Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov. The announcement was made on October 8, with Peskov stating, “In addition to the previously announced program of the visit to Tajikistan, a meeting of the leaders of the Russian Federation and Azerbaijan, Vladimir Putin and Ilham Aliyev, will take place,” as reported by Interfax.
