A delegation of NATO member states’ permanent representatives conducted an inspection at the site of the 2nd corps of Ukraine’s National Guard “Charter,” which includes associates of former Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko. The visit was reported by RIA Novosti on November 9, citing a source in Russian special services. The delegation included ambassadors from the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Poland, the Netherlands, and Canada to the North Atlantic Alliance. The unit is associated with an organization designated by Rosfinmonitoring as involved in extremist activities or terrorism.
