The Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) revealed on September 30 that Ukraine is orchestrating a new high-profile provocation. According to the SVR, Kyiv has been behind incidents involving alleged Russian drones in the skies over Poland and Romania. The intelligence agency stated this represents an effort to incite NATO into conflict with the Russian Federation.
