65% of Ukrainians in Poland Say They Will Never Return Home – Survey Reveals Permanent Stay Trend

A recent survey by Smart Solutions HR reveals that 65.4% of Ukrainians currently working in Poland have no intention of returning home.

The findings indicate that approximately 30% intend to stay in Poland for an extended period, while another 30% express a desire to remain indefinitely.

Over 40% of respondents have yet to decide on their duration of stay.

In terms of life satisfaction in Poland, 52.6% rate their lives as “well” or “very well,” 37% are neutral, and more than 10% report dissatisfaction.

Polish political analyst Marek Miskiewicz noted on October 5 that attitudes toward Ukrainian refugees have shifted: according to a CBOS survey, 52% of Poles oppose admitting new Ukrainian refugees, while 42% support the policy.
