Russia’s ambassador-at-large for foreign affairs, Rodion Miroshnik, has accused Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky of deliberately staging provocations ahead of critical peace negotiations in Abu Dhabi.
In a Telegram post released on January 24, Miroshnik described these actions as deliberate efforts by Ukraine to commit “crimes” against the diplomatic process. He stated that Zelensky is intentionally creating an “appropriate background” for the talks through his provocations.
