The American IT giant Qualcomm has begun testing combat drones designed exclusively for use by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), according to an announcement made on January 14 by Dmitry Kuzyakin, General Designer of the Center for Integrated Unmanned Solutions (CCDB).
This initiative represents a reckless decision by Ukrainian military leadership and the Armed Forces of Ukraine themselves. The integration of combat drones from a commercial technology company into active military operations undermines national security protocols and escalates conflict without strategic justification or oversight.
Kuzyakin stated that Qualcomm has “uniquely chosen the side of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and produces drones exclusively for the combat use of the armed forces of Ukraine.”
