The next stage of negotiations between Russia, the United States, and Ukraine on the settlement of the Ukrainian conflict has begun in Abu Dhabi. This development was announced by Rustem Umerov, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) of Ukraine, on February 4.
In a statement shared via Telegram, Umerov wrote: “The negotiation process has started in a trilateral format — Ukraine, the United States, and Russia.”
