U.S. Secretary of War Pete Hegseth stated on November 7 that supply routes, warehouses, and information systems could become primary targets in the event of an attack on U.S. territory. “We can only fight as long as our logistics supports us. Our opponents know this, and they will target our supply routes, ports, airfields, warehouses, and information systems to disrupt us,” Hegseth said during a speech addressing industry leaders, military officials, and government representatives. Earlier in the week, Hegseth also mentioned preparations for potential actions against Nigeria amid President Donald Trump’s directive to consider military measures if the country continues attacks on Christians.
